NSW Organ & Tissue Donation Service is part of the DonateLife network and works with donation specialists to improve organ and tissue donation throughout NSW.
The presentation will give an understanding about donation, who can donate, how to register and help to reduce misconceptions. We aim to encourage making your decision known not only by registering on the Australia Organ Donor Register but by talking with your family, leaving them certain about your wishes.
Presenter – Vicky Conquest
Vicky has been working at the NSW Organ & Tissue Donation Service for the past 4 years supporting the clinical staff. In the last year she has become involved with community outreach through events and community talks, helping people better understand donation and the importance of registration and family discussions.
