FAQ:

Dress code for dinner?

Wear your limited edition AWDC 40th Anniversary polo shirt (on sale through the club shop). Otherwise smart casual is fine.

Can I bring my own drinks to the dinner?

No, sorry. Riverwood Downs' Restaurant is a licensed venue so BYO is not an option. Two bars will be operating where alcohol and soft drinks can be purchased on the night.  You are able to provide and drink your own drinks at the campsite, including the pre-dinner nibbles, and after dinner around the fire.

Can I bring my dog?

Riverwood Downs is dog friendly but dogs will not be able to come to the dinner / party venue on Saturday night so they must left securely in your campsite or accommodation. All dogs must be kept on a lead during happy hour and breakfast. Dogs $8 per night if camping. For other accommodation, pay Riverwood Downs directly.

Can I still order a 40th Birthday T-shirt?

No sorry. Orders are closed and T-shirts have been printed. However, 40th Anniversary club polo shirts can still be ordered via the club shop

Can I arrive a day or two early or leave later?

Yes you can - book directly with Riverwood Downs. Cost is $32 for 2 adults/night.

Does Riverwood Downs have a café or restaurant?

Yes, it has both. We recommend you book the restaurant if you wish to dine there. See the dining options,. The café is open  8:30am - 5:00pm. Both at your own expense.

All camp sites are unpowered.

Is there mobile phone coverage?
Telstra coverage is very patchy around the property. There is a signal booster half way between the Woolshed and the AWDC camping area. Some club members have Starlink. Standard fees and charges may apply.
